this is no way to run a business!! error code -3253 pops up. it will send fine but the receive mail fails 10x in a row and randomly succeeds about 1x per day.
Launch Microsoft Outlook and select Tools > Accounts… from the menu. With the addition of IMAP, I can finally set up Microsoft's free email service with Microsoft's mail app for the Mac.
Ironically, Outlook for Mac 2011 didn't support accounts as well, having to also fall back on using POP.
